Sitting and "Walking"

Earlier today, I discovered that Hannah will "walk" if you hold her upright and she wants one o f her toys. It was hysterical, because she has no balance and was pretty much stepping on her own feet. Once she got close enough, she just leaned towards the toy, so she was hunched over like an old woman. I started laughing hysterically and she got really confused.

At a play date this past Friday, she sat up by herself "tripod-style" for a few seconds. She's still very wobbly if you try to have her sit up unassisted and usually flops to one side or the other. She sits really well when you hold her around the waist or if you hold her hands/arms though, so I don't think she's too far away from really sitting. She hasn't quite mastered the Bumbo, she often hangs off one side or the other trying to reach the toys that she's dropped while sitting in it. Oops.

PS - Last night, she drank out of a real glass! Dan came in from mowing the lawn and got a big glass of water. Hannah stared him down, so he put it up to her lips to see what she would do. She actually drank a few sips!
