We took Hannah to see Elizabeth Mitchell and You Are My Flower today at Regattabar in Cambridge.
Although the space wasn't kid-friendly at all (we had to wait in line for a LONG time before the doors opened and there were tiny tables to sit at rather than just an open space), we had a great time!
We've been listening to Elizabeth Mitchell's music a lot lately, and even saw all of them perform last weekend at the Newport Folk Festival. I think I knew every song they played today!
One of my favorites was actually performed by the Good Ms. Padgett (aka Anna Padgett, part of You Are My Flower and Elizabeth Mitchell's sister-in-law). It's basically a re-cap of the story of the Little Red Hen, one of my favorite stories!
