No Butterflies!

We took Hannah to Butterfly Place today.

We had been there once before, about a year ago.  Hannah slept through most of our last visit, so we thought it would be fun to see her reaction now that she's so much older.   She did NOT like it.

Every time we tried to point out a butterfly to her, she said "no" or got freaked out by them.  It was very unlike her.  She was much more interested in the flowers and the birds that were walking around the room than in the butterflies that were flying all over the place.

It's particularly strange to us because she likes to say "hi" to most creatures that we see, including insects.  I'm not quite sure what she thought about the place - she was really droopy while we were there (possibly because they keep it so warm there for the sake of the butterflies).

I did snap a few cute photos of her - note that she is most likely pointing to flowers or birds in them, and not the butterflies. :(

She did have fun peeking through this butterfly sign though!

And just for fun, here are some photos from the last time we were there (apparently I never posted about it?  How is that even possible???):

These last 2 were actually from later on that same day (at Kimball Farms)...
